We recently received planning permission for an apartment scheme in Radlett.

The scheme involves the redevelopment of a large plot - currently occupied by a single house - into 8 apartments, ranging from 150-180m2, each with generous gardens or terraces.

The development is intended for downsizers and aims to help the housing need in the area, by providing new homes, whilst freeing up older ones.
