Victoria Street, St Albans

Residential | Mixed Use

We recently received planning permission for our mixed use scheme in the heart of St Albans.

The scheme comprises 14 flats and a ground floor retail unit, which fronts onto the corner of Victoria Street and Upper Lattimore Road - a prominent junction in central St Albans.

The form of the building is broken up into strong vertical elements to create a "townhouse" feel which responds to the architecture of Victoria Street and the wider conservation area.

Brick detailing and glazed brickwork panels refer to the traditional craftmanship featured in the in many of the local buildings, and the faceted corner to the building is a characteristic common to St Albans.

Work began on site last year - we expect the project to be completed by Christmas 2024.
