George Street receives full planning permission!

We have just received full planning permission for our part conversion/ part new build scheme on George Street in Watford, to transform an existing office building into 39 flats, and an office unit.
To say the context is sensitive is an understatement; the site is surrounded by no less than 4 listed buildings, and in the middle of a conservation area. Further, the existing building is of poor architectural quality, and clearly has a negative impact on the adjacent heritage assets. The Local Authority's initial feedback was that the only acceptable form of redevelopment for the site would involve completely demolishing the existing building - which was completely unviable financially.
We therefore developed a series of cost effective modifications to the existing building, along with a sensitive roof top extension, to clearly demonstrate we were improving both the building and the area, whilst still delivering a commercially sound scheme.

We have just been granted full planning permission for our conversion scheme for a former retail unit on Hounslow High Street, above the Sofra Turkish restaurant. The scheme proposes 21 new residential units over the existing 2 floors of the building, and a new third floor roof extension.
We have subsequently been appointed to develop a scheme for a new build block of flats on an adjacent site - details to follow shortly.

We are developing a conversion scheme for a former office building in Watford to provide 12 new residential flats over the existing 2 floors, with a new build roof extension to provide a further 2 flats.
The stripping out works have just been completed, work on site will now start in earnest - the new steel frame arrives in two weeks.
Herne Hill Starts On Site

Our amazing Herne Hill private resi project began on site in early April with demolition of the existing garage. This project involves a full refurbishment of the existing 1930 faux Tudor building with contemporary 2 storey rear extension and traditional side extensions which preserve the character of the original building and street scene. The rear of the building has large areas of glazing with access to a focal terrace and outdoor kitchen and garden beyond.
