One of our first projects: we received full planning permission for a conversion scheme for a former retail unit on Hounslow High Street, above the Sofra Turkish restaurant. The scheme proposes 21 new residential units over the existing 2 floors of the building, and a new third floor roof extension.

 

We were subsequently appointed to develop a scheme for a new build block of flats on an adjacent site - although both projects have since stalled.
