We have received full planning permission for our conversion/ new build scheme for an office building in central Watford. The scheme comprises of 39 studio, 1 and 2 bed flats with an office unit and associated parking and amenity space.

The site is surrounded by no less than  4 listed buildings, and is in the centre of a conservation area. As such we had to be extremely sensitive in our approach to minimise the visual impact of the new build aspect of the scheme, whilst improving various elements of the existing building to demonstrate that our proposals were clearly of benefit to the numerous nearby heritage assets.
