The project involved a careful analysis of the existing building to maximise its potential for its new owners and their growing family. The existing building underwent a full refurbishment with the addition of a side return extension at lower ground floor. Large format glazing, skylights and warm materials transformed the lower ground floor into the heart of this family home.
