A loft conversion on a 1930s house, for a design conscious family who wanted something more bespoke than the standard off the shelf rear dormer extensions predominant in their area, but on a tight budget. To keep costs down, we worked directly with subcontractors, suppliers and fabricators, and took a on a significant role in the management of the project.
