This refurbishment project in East Dulwich consisted re-planning the living and bedroom arrangements over all levels to provide a functional home for a young and growing family.

 

A feature glass window box sits at the heart of the home to draw in natural light to what was, a dark and unwelcoming entrance hall. The picture window provides an intimate and multi-functional space and is flanked by cupboard and cloak room to store prams, coats and shoes. It visually connects the rear garden to the front entrance door, drawing your attention to the remodelled garden beyond.

Additional works included a new kitchen, dining and lounge space on ground floor; interconnected family bathroom and master bedroom suite on first floor and secondary family bathroom in the existing loft.
