This project - for Watford Community Housing Trust and Bugler Developments Ltd - involved the redevelopment of a site in Bushey to provide 2 blocks of apartments, containing 25 units in total.

 

We were appointed after WCHT  had bought the site with planning permission and were asked firstly to rationalise the approved scheme to make the layouts more suitable to WCHT's needs. We then carried out the detailed design and construction phases of the project, which completed in Oct 2020.
