We are recently received planning permission for this 100% affordable scheme comprising 35 new flats in North Dunstable. The scheme proposes a single 3 storey block, wrapped around generous south facing communal gardens. The Public elevation features a series of stepped terraces to soften the mass of the building, whilst providing visual interest and significant private amenity for residents.
