Set within a Battersea Conservation Area, the brief required this small Victorian terrace on multiple levels to be turned into a contemporary family home.

 

By analysing the plan and understanding the Clients needs, the dwelling now consists of 3 Bedrooms and study on the upper levels and two levels of entertainment and living spaces on ground floor and within a new full length basement.

Frameless skylights were used extensively, drawing natural light deep into the plan to create a light filled home. Crisp, contemporary detailing completes the aesthetic.
